With over 35 years of experience as a Realtor, I've witnessed numerous shifts shaping our market, including the advances in technology which continues to evolve the industry.  Selling real estate is my passion and ensuring my clients are well-informed throughout the buying or selling process is paramount to me. My dedication to detail and strong communication skills enable seamless real estate transactions. Additionally, my background in home appraisal has equipped me with a unique ability to understand value and the various methods of deriving it.
 
Over the years, I've worked in both new home sales and resale, thus broadening my expertise and understanding in both markets.  The knowledge I gained about the construction of a house, from foundation to finishing, compliments how I approach selling or buying. It's crucial to me to mitigate any issues before they arise, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction for my clients.

For more than two decades, my career journey has been deeply rooted in the realm of Finance.  Initially serving as an Investment Specialist and later transitioning into the role of Mortgage Specialist, I’ve dedicated myself to assisting individuals in achieving their financial aspirations.  Whether guiding them through securities investment or facilitating their path to home ownership, my commitment has always been to empower them to reach their goals.  
 
The world of Finance and Mortgage naturally led me to my innate passion for Real Estate. Over time, I’ve come to recognize the pivotal role that financing plays in the Real Estate landscape both then and especially now.  The gratification derived from helping individuals navigate the complexities of a Real Estate transaction and ensuring they make sound choices fuels my dedication to this industry.
